Gear Review: Plastic Water Bottle ~Available exclusively at a dumpster near you.

Free gear is almost always the best gear.  Taco Bell sporks, Arbys Horsey sauce, motel shampoo, Pepsi can alcohol stoves, free stuff is all around us.  I’ve had this Dasani half-liter water bottle for over a year and use it most everyday.  It replaced an eight dollar Nalgene bottle and was rescued from the trash (don’t be too grossed out, I knew its’ former owner).  If you are shopping for a new water bottle, consider giving one of these free Ultralight Nalgene alternatives a try.  You’ll be surprised how well they hold up!

Thanks for reading, Jack

True, I need a few more things to dangle off the back. Fuzzy dice maybe?
