Meanwhile in Finland

Hendrik, of  Hiking in Finland, reviews a beautiful set of light-weight dishes and cutlery from the Finnish company Kupilka.  They look like hand carved wooden cups and bowls, but are actually made from Natural Fiber Composites.  Unfortunately they seem to be unavailable here in America, gosh darn it.

But there’s still hope!  Hendrik is hinting at a raffle.  So visit his site often, I know I will.

Good idea. I’d like to have a set of these…or at least the mug and bowl.

    Jack,

    Great blog!

I found your page during my daily research. I’m glad you like the products!
Let me know if you are still interested. We are currently in discussion with a few retailers in the US but we offer shipping directly from Finland.

Great, I keep my eye out for them. I’m sure they will do very well here.

    Thanks, Jack
